Working as a Customer Experience Technician means you’ll:

  • Follow up on various client files (follow up on recommendations for home insurance, banking information, etc.)

  • Respond to client requests (copies of their policy, certificates and proof of home and auto insurance)

  • Fill in any information that may be missing from client files

  • Refer tasks requiring a permit to brokers

  • Comply with company standards and policies to ensure the team and workplace run smoothly.

Prerequisites:

  • Experience working in an administrative position.

  • Previous experience working in a call centre and/or in the insurance industry is an asset!
