Working as a Customer Experience Technician means you’ll:

Follow up on various client files (follow up on recommendations for home insurance, banking information, etc.)

Respond to client requests (copies of their policy, certificates and proof of home and auto insurance)

Fill in any information that may be missing from client files
-
Refer tasks requiring a permit to brokers

Comply with company standards and policies to ensure the team and workplace run smoothly.

Prerequisites:
